A couple of weeks ago, friends of Policy Lab gathered together to celebrate progress on the Lab's first project - and made a surprise announcement of the second major project! Read on to find out what we'll be doing with the Ministry of Justice.
We'll be looking at how we encourage more people to use family mediation instead of court to agree settlements to do with children and finances after divorce. Our first step will be some ethnographic research into the ‘customer journey’ of people currently needing to agree settlements: understanding where they go now, who they talk to, and the support that they need.
